Unfortunately, we do not have all factors under control. Both in the morning and in the afternoon we have to deal with difficult to very difficult traffic during rush hours. We kindly ask you not to wait a taxi that is a few minutes early.
Objects that you leave in the taxi are always handed in by the driver after the end of his service. You can pick it up every working day during office hours - contact us by telephone. We bring them to your home with pleasure, but then you have to pay for the ride!
Every complaint is handled by our board. The more accurate the data, the sooner we can address the driver concerned about this.

Taxi Flanders cannot be held liable for misunderstanding, delays due to eg traffic jams, bad luck on the road, weather conditions etc. that have the consequence that you miss your train, bus or flight, Taxi Flanders is not liable, unless and insofar as there is intent or debt by Taxi Flanders.
Taxi Flanders reserves the right at all times not to have to carry out a ride assignment at the last minute due to force majeure such as extreme traffic chaos, weather influences, attacks, etc. You can be sure that we will do everything we can to appearance.
You must therefore take enough time to arrive at your destination, so that due to possible delays you can still arrive in time for your train, bus or flight in another way.
Force majeure means any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Taxi Flanders, because it is due to its fault and is not for its account under the law, legal act or generally accepted views.
Taxi Flanders therefore has no obligation to pay any form of compensation.
